I’m no stranger to burnout

And if you’re a busy values-driven entrepreneur, I’ve got a feeling you might be the same

My time working in healthcare as a bedside nurse, and later as an English teacher taught me all I needed to know about burning out and not listening to my body crying out for rest. Maybe I cared too much, but it’s hard to step back when you’re passionate about something, right?

So I, like many others, was forced to pause in 2020 and slow down. It was only when I had time to sit with my thoughts and put some time aside to do a course, did I stumble upon my zone of genius…

Yup, you guessed it. Podcast management and support.

You’ve probably already found your zone of genius in your biz, but have you had time to slow down yet? Have you got the space to create something new, read that personal development book that’s gathering dust on your shelves, or just take some literal time off for the first time in years?

I’ll help you find that time to take your foot off the gas pedal – because burnout isn’t fun, healthy, or a necessity so that you “feel like you’re successful.” Despite what capitalist, hustle-bros might tell you.

I’ll lean into my zone of genius, and you lean into yours. Let’s make some impact together and expand the reach of your people or planet-focused podcast.

I’m Brandee, work chameleon and your future podcast supporter

I help amplify the voices of values-led biz owners by launching, editing, and managing their podcasts, so they can grow their audience and nurture their community of raving fans.

Work cha·me·leon (noun): call it adaptability, quick learning, or whatever. Others have called it extreme competence, which works. Think of me as your quick-learning, adaptable sidekick – changing my colors whenever a situation calls for it.

Podcasting is a constantly changing industry and needs adaptability to keep up with. The 424.2 million podcast listeners are becoming pickier.

If you’re doing everything yourself, all these changing trends can get overwhelming pretty quickly. Hello, burnout.

Whether you want to grow your values-led business through podcasting, or you’ve got a podcast with a strong mission to make a difference, I’ll support you and your show to ensure you meet your version of success.

You won’t have to worry about adapting to trends or dreading the thought of recording another podcast because you’re at 1000% capacity. How good does that sound?!

I really get to know each of my clients and connect with them on a deeper level – which is why I’m so passionate about keeping things solo and not going the agency route. We’ll work one-on-one together, and I’ll be fully invested in your podcast from the get-go.

Okay, enough work chat!

There’s plenty of time for that on our discovery call. There’s one non-negotiable to get on that call, though:

You’ve got to like cats. And Friends. I’m half-kidding 🤣

But, I do have other interests, outside of being a bit of a cat lady and listening to podcasts…

I like to watch…

Friends, HGTV, and Nicholas Sparks films AKA my not-so-guilty pleasures.

Some of my favorite books are…

Harry Potter, A Court of Thorns and Roses, and anything by Colleen Hoover (yes, I’m basic!). And to make things interesting, I’m rereading the HP series in Spanish.

I’m addicted to…

Second-hand shopping and brunch – Bloody Marys over mimosas, always!

I get through the day by…

Having near-constant snacks and cuddles with my cat. And busying myself with editing your episodes because that’s my absolute favorite part of my work.

It really bugs me when…

People say they HATE Friends. Or if I have to do too much people-ing and small talk – the downside of being an extroverted introvert who likes people, hey?

Something you might not know about me is…

I have the Friends logo and the Thirty Seconds To Mars band logo tattooed on the back of my leg and shoulder, respectively. I also used to be a concert photographer and had the JOY of snapping Jared Leto while he was performing with Thirty Seconds to Mars.
